Location: 100% onsite in Fort Worth, Texas (No remote work)

Salary: $28.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manage project request intake and TXDOT billing processes.
• Develop and maintain City Management Plan dashboards and track project workloads.
• Analyze CIAC accrual reports and serve as the SOX active/proactive list owner.
• Transform complex data into clear, impactful insights for management decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, District Operations, and other stakeholders to improve project management processes.
• Track and forecast monthly capital plans and spending.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data cleaning and data visualization techniques.
• Ability to write queries using various systems.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work 100% onsite in Fort Worth, TX.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Maximo, FIM, ACIS, or other project management tools.
