What you will do

• Structure strategic projects across key functions including product, marketing, revenue, and enrollment services.
• Run end-to-end analytics: pull/clean data, extract insights, communicate hypotheses to senior stakeholders, and influence marketing and operations strategy.
• Design and create analytical tools, strategic initiatives, and processes to improve internal and partner-facing insight delivery.
• Brainstorm and launch new projects to detect KPIs and inform university partners about performance, strategic issues, and operations.
• Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global processes, systems/tools, personnel, strategic direction, and the broader market ecosystem.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Directors and VPs to make data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled, active student in Fall 2026.
• Strong proficiency and/or working experience with Databricks, SQL, Excel modeling, and data analysis.
• Ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for complex concepts and recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
