What you will do

• Lead the mobile team building the Liva app used by coaches and participants.
• Manage people through 1:1s, career development, performance management, and hiring.
• Own delivery processes, including sprint rhythms, roadmap execution, and unblocking engineers.
• Act as the final point of operational urgency, handling incidents and removing technical friction.
• Drive a cultural shift from a "feature factory" to a product team focused on outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct people leadership of engineering teams.
• Strong technical credibility with the ability to review pull requests and challenge architecture decisions.
• Experience leading mobile engineering teams (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, or similar).
• Must be based in Europe.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Experience building or growing an engineering team from scratch.
• Background in health, wellness, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience using AI-assisted development in your workflow.
• Knowledge of team topologies, platform thinking, or engineering organizational design.
