What you will do

• Build, service, and maintain dampers and associated suspension components.
• Strip, inspect, and rebuild dampers to exacting standards.
• Conduct component measurement, inspection, and quality control checks.
• Prepare dampers for testing, development, and competition use.
• Support suspension development programmes and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate service records and collaborate closely with engineers and workshop teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, suspension systems, or precision engineering.
• High level of organization with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for problem solving.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with hydraulic systems and suspension components.
