What you will do

• Prepare moulds and equipment, loading raw materials such as plastic resins and additives.
• Operate rotational moulding machines, adjusting temperature, rotation speed, and cycle time to optimize production.
• Inspect finished products for defects like air bubbles or warping and implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, calibration, and replacement of worn-out machine parts.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear mandatory PPE to prevent workplace accidents.
• Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, quantities, and quality logs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation or plastics manufacturing is desirable.
• Previous experience operating rotational moulding machines or similar equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and procedures.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
