What you will do

  • Monitor and support CORE and RAN networks to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot service-impacting issues across Voice, Data, SMS, and Registration services.
  • Analyze and resolve network faults using protocols such as SS7, MAP, ISUP, SIP, CAP, and DIAMETER.
  • Coordinate with vendors and engineering teams on complex incidents.
  • Participate in root cause analysis of major incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and fault analysis.

Requirements

  • Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid experience with troubleshooting in CORE and/or RAN networks.
  • Strong understanding of telecom signaling protocols (SS7, MAP, ISUP, SIP, DIAMETER, CAP).
  • Hands-on experience with trace analysis and monitoring tools such as Wireshark.
  • English: C1+ communication skills required.
  • Ability to work in high-demand environments, including on-call rotations.
