What you will do

  • Assist senior team members with client requests, meeting preparation, and documentation.
  • Manage CRM systems and contribute to the team's use of marketing formats and communication channels.
  • Develop expertise in a specific investment boutique and act as the team's content expert for that asset class.
  • Participate in client events, meetings, and pitches to build relationship management skills.
  • Collaborate across the team to support the acquisition and servicing of institutional clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with an excellent academic record.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry, ideally within Investment Management.
  • Business fluency in both German and English is required.
  • Strong data management abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment in Zurich.
