DevOps Engineer (Cloud)

What you will do

• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, including pipelines-as-code, runners, and artifact strategies.
• Manage Kubernetes platforms, focusing on deployments, ingress, services, and HPA.
• Optimize container build and runtime workflows using Docker.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices such as SAST/DAST, secrets scanning, and policy gates into delivery pipelines.
• Improve system reliability through monitoring, alerting, log aggregation, and incident response.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and develop technical standards and runbooks.

Requirements

• Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD and Git workflows.
• Production experience with Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Docker, including image optimization and registry workflows.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps controls and security best practices in pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, networking basics, and Bash scripting.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, or Loki.
• Knowledge of Helm.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Familiarity with container security tools like Trivy, Grype, OPA/Gatekeeper, Falco, or Kyverno.
