What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable, multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms using reusable Helm templates to enable developer self-service.
• Optimize pipeline reliability, cost, and speed by embedding automated release gates and secure secret architectures.
• Build custom internal tools to extend platform capabilities and standardize shared environments.
• Maintain distributed tracing, logging, and metrics systems, guiding teams on SLIs/SLOs/SLAs.
• Consult development teams on system architecture, resource optimization, and modern traffic routing patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role supporting high-load distributed systems.
• Production-grade Kubernetes administration experience, including advanced scheduling and complex Helm templating.
• Strong grasp of multi-cloud patterns, multi-region architectures, and cloud cost optimization.
• Mastery of declarative IaC and proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Deep Linux administration skills and experience configuring L4/L7 traffic layers.
• English and Russian proficiency (B1+ required).
