What you will do

• Embed with customers to understand their protein design pipelines and integrate hirify.global's API.
• Build SDKs, client libraries, scripts, and services to enable smooth, reliable integrations.
• Design data flows to automate experiment submission and result retrieval.
• Prototype quickly and harden solutions into production-grade systems.
• Act as the technical voice of customers to improve APIs, documentation, and products.
• Turn initial integrations into durable partnerships.

Requirements

• Location: Lausanne, Switzerland or remote/hybrid with occasional travel to customers.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python and/or TypeScript with API and integration experience.
• Customer-facing mindset with ability to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to work autonomously and quickly in unfamiliar codebases.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and diverse customer stacks.
• Interest in biology, protein design, or ML for science is a strong plus.
