What you will do

• Design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS using Pulumi and Terraform.
• Manage container orchestration environments for agentic AI services, data pipelines, and APIs.
• Architect and maintain a dual-deployment SaaS model for secure, isolated customer cloud tenants.
• Implement security controls, data residency requirements, and audit trails aligned with GxP and SOC 2.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure safe and reliable software delivery.
• Establish observability standards including monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with deep expertise in backend systems and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure (required) and AWS.
• Proficiency with Pulumi or Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes deployment, scaling, and reliability.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security best practices.
• Comfortable with Python and automation scripting.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying software within customer cloud tenants.
• Familiarity with GxP, SOC 2, or HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure.
