What you will do

• Partner with enterprise sales teams to articulate business outcomes and ROI for hirify.global solutions.
• Lead and deliver compelling business cases translating technical solutions into tangible business benefits.
• Enable enterprise and midmarket sales teams on value engineering tools and processes.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align value propositions with market needs.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive insights.
• Analyze the value and TCO differences between Self-Hosted and SaaS solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business value, management consulting, or value engineering.
• Experience in a technology-focused SaaS sales environment (DevOps, cybersecurity, or software supply chain).
• Proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet-based data analysis for ROI and TCO.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level conversations (e.g., CFOs).
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Location: Ability to work from the London office 3 days per week.
