Requirements

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying required.
• Proven experience in infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical, methodical, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
• Additional qualifications such as LLM, FCIArb, or FRICS.
