What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines.
• Integrate data from multiple on-premises and cloud-based systems.
• Develop and maintain data models, mappings, and technical documentation.
• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data quality issues.
• Implement best practices for deployment, version control, and CI/CD using Git.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding and automation tools to improve development efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on ETL development experience.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with ETL tools such as Talend or SSIS.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or Azure SQL.
• Exposure to US Healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835) and HIPAA compliance.
• Must be based in Chantilly, Virginia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Databricks.
• Knowledge of Python or Spark for large-scale data transformations.
• Familiarity with data governance and metadata management tools.
• Exposure to AI/ML data pipelines or MLOps workflows.
