What you will do

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines processing large healthcare datasets.
• Implement automated data validation and cleansing to ensure data quality.
• Set up monitoring and alerting systems for data processing issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, data engineers, product managers, and clinical teams.
• Negotiate technical requirements and SLAs with external vendors and healthcare partners.
• Maintain detailed documentation to support troubleshooting and process repeatability.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare eligibility, claims, and prior authorization data.
• Experience handling PHI data under HIPAA and strong data governance skills.
• Proven SQL skills and knowledge of ETL processes and secure data transport protocols.
• Ability to communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data brokers like Availity or Change Healthcare and EDI workflows (270/271 transactions).
• 3+ years in a data-centric role.
