VDC Engineer (AEC)

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary BIM models (architectural, structural, MEP) using Revit, Navisworks, and Civil3D.
• Lead clash detection processes and facilitate resolution discussions to ensure models are constructible and aligned with milestones.
• Serve as the primary client interface for BIM/VDC activities, presenting digital deliverables and technical insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements through workflow standardization, automation, or AI-supported techniques.
• Collaborate with internal global delivery teams and external stakeholders to manage project risks and expectations.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and support training initiatives to strengthen organizational BIM capabilities.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency in BIM/VDC and a deep understanding of real-world construction systems.
• Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and Civil3D.
• Must be based in Chicago, New York City, or Denver.
• Valid US work authorization.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing presentations and leading coordination meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
