What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain modern digital products using React, Next.js, Python, and APIs.
• Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical requirements and delivery plans.
• Implement AI-native development practices and orchestrate agentic workflows to optimize software production.
• Design and deliver innovative customer-facing AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Architecture, QA, and DevOps stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Lead technical problem-solving across workstreams and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of professional experience in digital engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with React, Next.js, APIs, and Python.
• Experience working with middleware and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience working within Agile and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms, with Arc XP being a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
