What you will do

• Write clean, efficient code across backend and infrastructure stack
• Own small-to-medium projects or features from design to deployment
• Design and implement solutions to moderately complex problems
• Conduct code reviews, mentor juniors, and communicate technical decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, hardware engineers, and operations
• Participate in architecture reviews, improve processes, and lead small initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related
• Proficiency in at least two: Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, React, Vue, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes
• Experience shipping features, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• Experience with MES, factory automation, or industrial software
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Kustomize, GitLab CI/CD
• Event-driven architectures, WebSockets, real-time systems
• AWS services (S3, IoT Core, SSM, EKS, CodePipeline)
• Mentoring experience or leading technical initiatives
