Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 4–6 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or creative leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel digital campaigns and visual storytelling.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and managing complex design systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.
