Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom (3 fixed anchor days per week)

What you will do

• Create high-quality design solutions across digital, social, OOH, and print for sponsorship and brand portfolios.
• Develop visual concepts that support sponsorship storytelling and brand-building objectives.
• Deliver production-ready artwork and ensure strict adherence to visual identity and accessibility standards.
• Adapt and version assets for various partners and market requirements (70-80% of the role).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maximize rights utilization.
• Manage full creative cycles from concept to final production-ready artwork.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience as a brand or marketing designer in an agency or in-house setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience preparing final artwork to precise technical specifications.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services sector.
• Motion graphics or animation capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
• CMS experience.
