What you will do

• Translate and extend brand identity into physical environments for global events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Design immersive booth environments, spatial layouts, signage systems, and large-format print assets.
• Develop cohesive event identities across physical, digital, and hybrid touchpoints.
• Create design assets for digital experiential formats including webinars and virtual activations.
• Storyboard and design motion-based content for keynotes and presentations.
• Manage the full production lifecycle, coordinating with external vendors, agencies, and fabricators.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in brand, visual, or experiential design with a focus on spatial design.
• Proven track record of designing large-scale real-world brand experiences.
• Deep knowledge of print production, large-format design, and fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator for preparing production-ready assets.
• Strong systems thinking to create scalable frameworks for global deployment.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B or technology environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools, no-code web tools, or basic 3D/industrial design.
