What you will do
- Own brand expression across web, campaigns, product marketing, social, events, and sales collateral.
- Evolve and extend the visual identity and brand system to ensure it scales without becoming templated.
- Lead the creative process for flagship moments, launches, and campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Partner with the Marketing team to translate strategy into high-impact visual work.
- Set and maintain a high craft bar for brand output, focusing on originality and taste.
- Ensure coherence between brand and product design across every company surface.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio of brand and visual design across digital and campaign work.
- Ability to own brand projects end-to-end from concept to shipment with high autonomy.
- Deep professional craft in typography, layout, and visual systems.
- Experience building or extending a brand system.
- Proven experience creating compelling visuals for technical or B2B contexts.
- Must be based in one of the supported locations: UK, Hungary, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, or South Africa.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in motion design, illustration, or web design.
- Experience working with fintech, payments, or developer-facing brands.
