What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents and agentic software solutions.
• Own features end-to-end, from initial concept and development through to production deployment.
• Develop scalable applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, JavaScript, and Express.
• Drive DevOps and infrastructure initiatives, including Kubernetes deployments.
• Partner with founders and stakeholders to influence technical decisions and product direction.
• Leverage AI tools, particularly Claude, to accelerate development and establish engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, React, JavaScript, and Express.
• Proven experience building AI agents, autonomous workflows, or agentic software applications.
• Advanced proficiency as a user of Claude and other AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with Linux, developer tooling, DevOps practices, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work in a startup environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
• Must be located in or able to work from London, UK.
