What you will do

• Support the design and optimization of D365 ERP services within a large-scale transformation program.
• Identify delivery gaps, service issues, and operational improvements in collaboration with leadership.
• Engage with Product Owners, delivery teams, and third-party suppliers to enhance outcomes.
• Contribute to service design frameworks, governance, and operational readiness planning.
• Support end-to-end ERP implementation across business and technology workstreams.
• Shape scalable support and service models for ongoing platform adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Designer within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP transformation and enterprise service delivery.
• Experience working within large-scale business transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across both technical and operational teams.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with regular travel to Glasgow.
