A 9-person seed startup building the first AI-powered humanless event agency.

What you will do

• Design and build new AI agents with bilingual system prompts and Zod output schemas.
• Wire end-to-end AI workflows using Mastra, API routes, and React frontend with real-time streaming.
• Architect complex multi-step pipelines featuring parallel execution, concurrency control, and error recovery.
• Implement document processing capabilities for PDF and DOCX with confidence scoring.
• Own and optimize prompt performance through continuous measurement and iteration.
• Create tools for agents to interact with databases, S3, and external services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with real production AI/LLM experience.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript (Generics, Zod, type inference).
• Experience with workflow orchestration such as Mastra, LangGraph, or similar tools.
• Ability to wire AI to a Next.js API route and stream results to a React hook.
• Native or fluent Italian language proficiency.
• Must be based in Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hono, Azure OpenAI, or Vercel AI SDK.
• Knowledge of AWS (ECS, S3, Lambda), Docker, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with monorepo tooling like Turborepo and Bun.
• Experience with observability tools like Sentry or OpenTelemetry.
