What you will do

• Design and build internal Python tools and services to surface engineering metrics and organizational insights.
• Lead the technical strategy for measuring AI impact across engineering tooling, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Own features end-to-end, from initial requirements through deployment and observability.
• Partner with engineering leadership and data teams to define critical metrics and actionable insights.
• Set technical direction within your squad and contribute to cross-team architectural decisions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, design feedback, and pairing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with Python.
• Experience building internal tools, data pipelines, or analytics-adjacent services.
• Proficiency with APIs, data stores, and dashboarding/visualization layers.
• Strong fundamentals in writing maintainable, tested code and data modeling.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
