What you will do

• Solve critical business problems by diagnosing problem areas and identifying data-driven solutions.
• Design and execute experiments to influence strategic decision-making and product development.
• Analyze product funnels and user journeys to optimize the consumer-facing platform.
• Build intuitive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, or Looker.
• Partner with product organizations and business stakeholders to ensure actionable insights reach the right people.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analytics or Data Science position.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Expertise in statistical analysis and A/B testing for consumer-facing products.
• Experience using AI to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate work velocity.
• Must be based in Germany, Finland, or Sweden.
