What you will do

• Analyze complex activity and scoring datasets to derive customer segmentations and actionable business recommendations.
• Maintain and expand ML products, including TFT-based demand forecasting and talent churn prediction models.
• Develop intelligent AI agents to make the Data Lake more accessible and efficient for consumers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate business challenges into algorithmic solutions.
• Design automation for critical operational decisions, such as optimized agent shift allocation.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and reproducibility of analyses and contribute to organization-wide data governance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong expertise in building scalable data pipelines and robust data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring other data scientists and engineers.
