Decision Scientist (Supply): Driving data-informed decisions to enhance catalog structure and member experience with an accent on product experimentation and taxonomy design. Focus on defining A/B testing requirements, analyzing business impact, and providing actionable recommendations to cross-functional product teams.

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Berlin, or Kaunas). Must be based in Europe.

Salary: €3,433 – €4,650 EUR gross monthly.

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations for catalog and taxonomy design.
• Define A/B testing requirements, track performance, and analyze results to validate product opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators and behavioral metrics to proactively uncover insights.
• Collaborate with Taxonomists to implement data-driven approaches to category structure.
• Support the Ontologies Platform engineering team with data analytics.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences to promote a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Decision Scientist, Analyst, or in a similar data-heavy role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with product experimentation (A/B testing) and statistical modeling.
• Strong business results orientation and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

• Experience with causal inference methods.
