What you will do

• Develop and drive the financial strategy for the plant to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee all financial controlling activities, including internal audits and financial reporting.
• Lead the capital budgeting process, including CAPEX control and cash flow forecasting.
• Perform cost analysis and develop financial models to track unitary manufacturing costs per SKU.
• Coach and animate financial awareness on the shopfloor as part of the IWS methodology.
• Support the plant director and leadership team with strategic decision-making and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/PBI preferred) and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
