What you will do

• Manage CRE OPEX and CAPX planning and execution for sites in Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Drive optimization of financial reporting and implement insight-driven analyses.
• Identify business risks for CRE operations and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare financial data for facility management and manufacturing productivity decisions.
• Lead the monthly performance review and budgeting processes.
• Organize and execute audits on business unit activities and results.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred).
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in Finance, including at least 5 years in Finance Business Partnering.
• Experience working within large-scale international industrial companies.
• Proven track record in financial and business control at a divisional or group level.
• Knowledge of SAP, TAX, SOX, and GAAP.
• Ability to communicate effectively and speak up in meetings with senior management.
