What you will do

• Deliver business insights on production performance, factory coverage, and overhead cost allocation.
• Own and drive the manufacturing improvement roadmap to deliver process enhancements and operational excellence.
• Lead a small team responsible for financial transparency and reporting within the Global Manufacturing domain.
• Identify and monitor financial risks and opportunities, translating them into actionable performance improvements.
• Manage the business line’s long-term financial plan, annual budget cycle, and monthly financial reviews.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance the efficiency and quality of financial planning tools and processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Economics, preferably with an RC, RA, CPA, or ACCA qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a Finance environment.
• Proven experience leading a small team.
• Extensive experience with management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Deep knowledge of complex financial processes and planning applications, specifically SAP, SAP BW, SAC, and BI reporting.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without hierarchical power and guide teams at all organizational levels.
