EF Manufacturing Cost & Coverage Controller / Improvement Lead (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Deliver financial insights on production performance, factory coverage, production variances, and the allocation of overhead, labor, and facility costs to production work orders.
• Own and drive the Global Manufacturing improvement roadmap, including process enhancements, standardization, and operational excellence.
• Prepare and manage long-term financial plans, annual budgets, monthly financial reviews, and high-quality planning information.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, translate them into actions, and investigate related P&L impacts.
• Lead a small team responsible for operational reporting, transparency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with and challenge multidisciplinary stakeholders to improve finance process maturity and decision-making quality.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Economics; an RC, RA, CPA, or ACCA qualification is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in a finance environment.
• Experience leading a small team and managing reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Extensive experience with complex financial processes, planning applications, and reporting tools; SAP, SAP BW, SAC, and BI reporting experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills, including the ability to influence without hierarchical authority.
• Lean and continuous-improvement mindset, hands-on approach, and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
