What you will do

• Scale foundational glossary/ontology frameworks, schemas, and templates across 5+ core European and Latin American markets.
• Build and maintain localized term record schemas per market aligned with the global ontology and brand voice.
• Convert tone-of-voice guidance into machine-readable rules for LLM translation engines (e.g., pronoun matrices, syntax constraints, forbidden synonym lists).
• Manage two translation workflow tiers: human review for high-stakes medical/SaaS content and AI-first with fix-on-feedback loops for lower-risk assets.
• Coordinate engineering, localization pipelines, and local reviewers so 90%+ of product copy passes automated CI/CD linting without manual intervention.
• Lead change management and run workshops/office hours to train distributed teams and unblock content ambiguities.

Requirements

• 6+ years leading Content Operations, Localization Management, or Information Architecture projects at scale.
• Experience managing localization across 5+ languages or markets simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with structured terminology databases, taxonomies, glossaries, or knowledge graphs (ontology) for machine consumption (e.g., JSON-LD, TMS integration).
• Proven ability to govern cross-functional teams you influence but do not directly manage.
• Fluent professional English.
• Contractor role for 3 months.
