What you will do

• Process and validate content-relevant data received from suppliers and internal managers.
• Prepare and enrich product content, including texts, images, and videos, following specific guidelines.
• Write and review SEO-optimized product descriptions to drive sales performance.
• Create articles within the shop system and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with external service providers, such as photographers and AI tool vendors.
• Collaborate with local Shop Operations and Vendor Management teams to align international content.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience.
• Very good written and spoken German (minimum level C2).
• Good English skills (corporate language).
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to structured work.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Krakow office.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in an editorial or content-related environment.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), ERP, or e-commerce shop systems.
• Basic knowledge of image processing and visual marketing principles.
