What you will do

• Lead the development of integrated project programmes, schedules, and resource strategies using Primavera P6.
• Produce detailed Work Breakdown Structures aligned with scope, methodology, and contractual requirements.
• Identify, analyse, and communicate project risks while providing mitigation strategies and recovery proposals.
• Produce tender and contract programmes ensuring full compliance with NEC conditions.
• Conduct resource and productivity analysis to support cost forecasting and project performance optimization.
• Lead schedule reviews and progress reporting, providing clear evidence-based updates to senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Mold, Flintshire, UK.
• Proven experience in a senior planning role within utilities, civil engineering, or major infrastructure.
• Expert working knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of the NEC form of contract and associated planning requirements.
• Demonstrable ability to build, manage, and interrogate complex project schedules.
• High-level analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving capabilities.
