What you will do

• Drive SAP OTC initiatives across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with hirify.global’s global template.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP OTC change requests, including solution design, build, testing, data migration, and cutover.
• Provide operational support via incident and problem management, application changes, and debugging.
• Collaborate with regional process teams and central SAP units to define and govern process solutions.
• Stay informed about the SAP roadmap to apply best practices and latest technologies to template improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business studies, or equivalent experience.
• Solid professional background in SAP OTC or related functional SAP areas.
• Proven experience in SAP project delivery and change request management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills within complex international environments.
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel depending on business needs.
