What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Mendix developers while remaining hands-on with development tasks.
  • Manage agile delivery activities including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • Design scalable application architectures and enforce coding standards and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee the full application lifecycle, including versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
  • Design and validate integrations with backend systems like SAP, APIs, and IAM.
  • Monitor application performance and lead incident resolution and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of Mendix development experience with Advanced certification.
  • Proven experience leading Mendix teams or serving as a technical lead.
  • Strong understanding of Mendix architecture, lifecycle management, and platform governance.
  • Familiarity with at least two languages such as C#, .NET, PHP, or Java.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, authentication methods, and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or SAP BTP.
  • Front-end skills including JavaScript and SCSS.
