What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and validate business cases for process and system improvements.
• Collaborate with External Service Providers to design and implement IT solutions.
• Ensure solution designs align with business requirements and architecture standards.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, rollout activities, and handover to operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Commercial Order Fulfillment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT applications management.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of Finance, Materials Management (MM), and Export Control processes.
• Experience in Agile project environments and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and Low-code platforms.
• Semiconductor industry experience.
