What you will do

• Develop software components for automotive telematics using C++ and Linux.
• Review software specifications and architecture to create detailed component designs.
• Implement and test software at unit and system levels to ensure high quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and debugging using gdb to fix critical issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical inconsistencies.
• Coordinate development activities and potentially lead 1-2 other engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a software developer.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Linux.
• Experience developing embedded applications.
• Knowledge of inter-process communication, threading, and socket communication.
• English: B2 level (written and verbal) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SomeIP, CAPI, TCP, and UDP protocols.
• Knowledge of ESIM, VoLTE, 3gpp, and VoIP.
• Familiarity with connectivity protocols (Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G/4G).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe).
• Understanding of Linux Kernel internals.
