What you will do

• Lead the design of autonomous, multi-step agents using LangGraph to automate marketing workflows.
• Architect robust, asynchronous FastAPI backends for high-volume marketing automation.
• Deploy proprietary and open-source models for reasoning tasks and cost-efficient data processing.
• Implement Langfuse for comprehensive tracing, cost management, and brand alignment.
• Oversee PostgreSQL database design using pgvector to enable semantic search and agent memory.

Requirements

• Must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
• Strong experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and transformer architectures.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, pgvector, and Redis.
• Experience with PyTorch, vLLM, and observability tools like Langfuse.
