Paid Social Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Assist with campaign setup and execution across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
• Support ad creative testing, audience testing, and budget pacing.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Maintain campaign reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Perform basic optimizations, including pausing underperforming ads, adjusting budgets, and refreshing creatives.
• Ensure accurate tracking and tagging with pixels, events, and UTMs while collaborating with creative, tracking, and analytics teams.

Requirements

• Experience in paid social media buying or digital performance marketing.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CVR.
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and campaign dashboards.
• Clear communication, strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sports betting markets, betting types, odds calculation, and market trends.
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with international campaigns, multiple geographies, growth marketing, or paid user acquisition.
