What you will do

  • Own the full AI agent program for Customer Success, designing business logic, triggers, and action flows.
  • Develop and lead the agent roadmap, identifying high-value opportunities for automation within CS workstreams.
  • Evaluate and recommend new AI tools and frameworks to enhance customer success automation.
  • Define quality standards and test cases to ensure AI agents are production-ready and accurate.
  • Collaborate with automation engineers on deployment and infrastructure decisions.
  • Track agent performance and communicate impact in terms of churn risk coverage and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and owning automation or AI systems within a Customer Success environment.
  • Deep expertise in CS processes, including health scoring, lifecycle management, and renewal handling.
  • Strong proficiency with Gainsight and understanding of churn risk patterns.
  • Practical experience with LLMs and agentic AI, knowing when to apply autonomy versus human judgment.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and translate operational needs into technical architecture.
  • Strong systems thinking skills to ensure long-term maintainability and coherence.
