What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to business teams in France and Spain, providing creative solutions for product and platform compliance.
• Ensure compliance with evolving EU and local digital regulations affecting online marketplaces.
• Draft and negotiate various commercial, partnership, marketing, and license agreements.
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation processes.
• Collaborate with the government relations team to respond to regulatory requests.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience as a qualified Spanish lawyer.
• Strong knowledge of EU law and experience with e-commerce and platform regulation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience working in start-ups or new technology companies, either in-house or in private practice.
• Ability to work across various jurisdictions and meet aggressive deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in the transport industry.
• Dual qualification in Spain and France or proven experience practicing in both jurisdictions.
• Working proficiency in French.
