What you will do

• Lead and evolve the end-to-end product design function, including UX/UI, design systems, and visual language.
• Manage and mentor a design team, setting high standards for quality, speed, and ownership.
• Partner with product leadership to shape roadmap decisions, product strategy, and experience priorities.
• Drive UX research and discovery efforts, including user flows and usability testing.
• Lead the adoption of AI-enabled design workflows to accelerate prototyping and validation.
• Establish and enforce design QA standards to ensure consistency and implementation quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Proven track record designing and shipping B2B SaaS or complex, workflow-driven products.
• Deep expertise in UX research, usability testing, and scaling design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both product design and brand/marketing capabilities.
