TL;DR
Senior Technical Analyst (Application Implementation and Support): Delivering technical implementation, support, and enhancements for application modules with an accent on requirements analysis, system integration, testing, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on troubleshooting Windows Server environments, messaging platforms, SQL infrastructure, VMware, IIS, and application delivery across full lifecycle implementations.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, or Singapore, Singapore; hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home depending on team needs

What you will do
- Participate in user workshops to capture and understand customer requirements.
- Gather, manage, and analyze user and technical requirements for application changes.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders throughout project delivery and participate in project meetings.
- Coordinate application implementation, testing, user acceptance testing, and support.
- Ensure quality solutions are delivered to business users on time and within budget.
- Contribute to application and process best practices and gain stakeholder buy-in through a consultative approach.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience deploying or supporting application software and implementing systems and modules.
- Experience with multiple full-lifecycle implementations, application maintenance, and technical troubleshooting.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or later, including installation, troubleshooting, clustering, and domain controllers.
- Good understanding of messaging platforms such as MS MQ, Active MQ, and RabbitMQ, as well as IIS, VMware, SQL installation, clustering, Always On, and database maintenance.
- Understanding of system integration, hardware, IT security, application and user acceptance testing, risk escalation, and technical documentation.
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, XML, SQL SSRS, Tableau, and other data analysis software.
