What you will do

• Capture and analyze customer requirements through user workshops to design application changes.
• Coordinate the implementation, testing, and support of applications during project delivery.
• Manage technical requirements and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Draft technical documentation to support the ongoing maintenance of implemented applications.
• Develop application and process best practices using a consultative approach.
• Escalate risks and issues that could significantly impact project deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in deployment or support of application software with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2016 onwards), including installation, troubleshooting, clustering, and domain controllers.
• Proficiency with Messaging Platforms (MS MQ, Active MQ, Rabbit MQ) and IIS web.
• Strong understanding of VMware concepts and SQL Installation, clustering, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of IT security and its application to systems architecture.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of scripting languages such as HTML, JavaScript, and XML.
• Experience with Data Analysis software like SQL SSRS or Tableau.
• Recognized professional qualifications in the field.
