System Analyst (Investment & Growth Products)

What you will do

• Translate product ideas and business requirements into detailed system specifications and engineering tasks.
• Design end-to-end feature logic across frontend, backend, mobile applications, and external integrations.
• Define APIs, data structures, and integration requirements for swap providers, fiat rails, staking protocols, and other third-party services.
• Document business processes, system flows, and feature logic using structured methodologies and diagramming tools.
• Support engineering teams during implementation and coordinate with product leadership to validate technical feasibility.
• Analyze existing processes and improve reliability, automation, scalability, and reporting logic.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a System Analyst, Product Analyst, or Technical Product Specialist.
• Strong skills in requirements definition, process mapping, system architecture understanding, and documentation of complex business logic.
• Experience specifying integrations with external APIs and third-party services.
• Familiarity with mobile application environments, product flows, SQL, and basic data queries.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, crypto wallets, exchanges, or trading platforms is advantageous; strong interest in crypto and blockchain products is required.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong cross-team coordination abilities.
