Systems Analyst (Digital Assets)

Location: Singapore-based hybrid role; overlap with Central European Time (CET) is required during training and as needed.

What you will do

• Analyze, design, integrate, and implement enhancements for existing applications, including workflows, interfaces, and reports.
• Work with users and project teams to clarify business requirements, application modules, and data models.
• Provide production support by investigating and resolving technical and data issues with technology teams.
• Coordinate application changes, document configurations, and participate in code reviews and technical walkthroughs.
• Prepare system test plans, test cases, and scripts; perform system and regression testing and support issue triage.
• Gather application metrics and create related reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of Systems Analyst or technical project experience, preferably on small IT projects.
• Mutual fund or financial services experience.
• Knowledge of blockchain, tokenized funds, and digital assets.
• Familiarity with system development lifecycle methodology and basic system testing.
• Knowledge of desktop, client/server, web, and mainframe environments, plus technology platform architecture.
