Location: Hybrid (Philadelphia, PA). Most responsibilities are performed on-site at partner schools.

What you will do

• Manage strategic project planning and stakeholder engagement with SDP leadership, the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers, and other district partners.
• Lead district and school-level design processes to implement the Opportunity Culture model.
• Develop and facilitate professional learning scopes, sequences, and coaching tailored to school leaders and Multi-Classroom Leaders (MCLs).
• Provide high-impact coaching and consultation to support the implementation of strategic staffing models.
• Lead data review sessions to evaluate program progress and inform instructional strategies.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise an Education Leadership Coach starting in October 2027.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a school or district leader in driving student achievement gains.
• 3-5 years of coaching experience, preferably including leadership coaching.
• 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering professional learning for school leaders.
• Established credibility and strong relationships within the Philadelphia education space.
• Exceptional organizational and strategic planning abilities for complex initiatives.
• Strong commitment to educational equity and data-driven continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Opportunity Culture or other strategic staffing models.
• Experience implementing high-quality instructional materials (HQIM), specifically EL Education or Illustrative Mathematics.
