What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions from raw data ingestion to dashboards.
• Lead BI solution architecture leveraging AWS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Provide technical leadership, effort estimation, and planning for enterprise-scale BI initiatives.
• Deliver production-ready implementations covering ETL, data modeling, and visualization.
• Lead and mentor a small team of junior data professionals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in the AWS ecosystem (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline design.
• Experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions in production environments.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/onsite setup in or near Jundiaí, SP, Brazil.
