What you will do

• Monitor and analyze key metrics including authorization rates, chargebacks, declines, and processing costs.
• Query large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Support investigations into payment issues and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
• Deliver timely data insights and communicate findings to Product, Fraud, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in payments, FinTech, or digital commerce.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presenting results.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CNP payments, subscription billing, and card network rules (Visa, MasterCard).
• Experience in high-volume e-commerce environments.
• Knowledge of worldwide payment and settlement procedures.
• Interest in or experience in the gaming industry.
